Projects
These include my comprehensive research documentations based on my experience with certain XDR, EDR, NDR, and SIEM platforms as well as some of my university projects.
Cybersecurity Principles and Framework Documentation
This document showcases my thorough understanding on the general aspects and principles of cybersecurity i.e., widely used frameworks, CIA Triad, and the risk assessment associated with each of them. In addition, this project studies how a large organization's cybersecurity team would operate on a day-to-day basis.
Lateral Movement and Data Exfiltration Alert Investigation.
This document analyzes the ExtraHop RevealX NDR platform where we conduct a detailed investigation on a simulated lateral movement and data exfiltration attack among the compromised internal assets in the network
APT 41 and APT 38 TTPs Analysis and Investigation
This document analyzes and compares the background, attack targets, attack techniques of APT 41 and APT 38 cyber-espionage groups so that we find what they have in common when they attack their victim(s).
Sumo Logic NG-SIEM Research and Tool Exploration.
This document details my usage of Sumo Logic platform as a part of my internship where I demonstrate my understanding and skills on alerts and dashboard creation. Much more content like collectors set-up, FERs parsing, scheduled views, etc., needed to be excluded due to data privacy concerns.
Cybereason EDR Research and MalOps Investigation
This document details my usage of Cybereason Platform as a part of my internship where I investigated and solved simulated malicious cyber-attacks that took place on two host machines.

Interactive VR Drumming Experience
A Virtual Reality (VR) simulation for users to play the drum kit (without the actual use of drums) using VR controllers and USB foot-pedals.

Tools - Blender, Unity, Meta Quest 2, C#
Automated Self-driving Car
A group project where we built an automated mini driving car programmed to drive on a given track and to avoid obstacle collision. Demonstrated at the Emirates Robotics Competition in RIT Dubai.

Tools- Raspberry Pi, Arduino, C++, various types of sensors, 3D printer
